For countries outside Spain, the following conditions of sale apply: WildGiraffes.com (hereinafter "the website"), a limited company with registered office at Calle Cañada de Vicalvaro 30, 28052 Madrid, Spain, registered in the Commercial Register ……. VAT number ESB16419632. These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed through the website. These conditions are subject to modifications and updates, therefore the conditions applicable to product orders placed by customers are those in force on the date the order is placed on the website.
To be a Customer of the website you must be a consumer, of legal age and with full legal capacity or be authorized by your parents to place orders on the website. The personal information you provide to Wild Giraffes when opening your customer account or placing any order must be complete, accurate and up to date. Wild Giraffes Ltd will not be responsible for products not delivered if the provided data is incorrect. Wild Giraffes Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order if the customer’s IP address is located in a country different from the billing and/or delivery address.
The products offered for sale are those displayed on the website. Wild Giraffes Ltd makes every effort to present and describe the products accurately in order to inform the Customer in the best possible way. However, the website may contain minor errors, which you acknowledge and accept. In the event that the delivered product does not correspond to its description on the website, Wild Giraffes Ltd undertakes to remedy such non-compliance either by replacing or refunding (fully or partially) the invoiced product.
The acceptance of orders placed on the website is subject to compliance with the procedure established by Wild Giraffes Ltd. This is presented in the form of a series of successive screen pages indicating the steps the customer must follow in order to validate their order. Before final validation of the order, you will have the opportunity to verify the order details and the total price, and to correct any possible errors before confirming and expressing your acceptance.
Any confirmed order is considered a sales contract and acceptance of all the provisions contained herein. Wild Giraffes Ltd has the right to refuse any order placed by a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order, as well as any order that does not comply with these general terms and conditions of sale. In such cases, Wild Giraffes Ltd will inform the customer by email. Unless the customer contacts us to correct the error or the non-compliance with these general terms and conditions of sale, we reserve the right not to process the order.
Once you have validated your order, Wild Giraffes Ltd will promptly confirm receipt by sending you an email to the address you have provided. For this purpose, you formally accept the use of email by Wild Giraffes Ltd to confirm the content of your order. This confirmation email will include all the information you have provided, as well as the price and payment conditions accepted, with an indication, if applicable, of any possible difficulties or reservations regarding the order. For each product, you will also receive, at the time of delivery, written confirmation of the price paid and the corresponding shipping costs.
A. PRICE SELECTION: The prices shown on the Website are in local currency and do not include shipping costs. The total price of the order (including shipping costs) is mentioned in the Shopping Bag. Wild Giraffes Ltd reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the prices invoiced to customers are those applicable on the date of the order, subject to availability.
IMPORTANT: Prices include all taxes and duties (except those applied by internal customs duties, always at the customer’s expense). For all orders shipped within the European Union, there are no duties except for those countries or areas with special agreements with the EU, such as the United Kingdom, where import duties may apply and will always be paid by the customer at destination. For all other countries, customers are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and duties.
B. PAYMENT METHODS: To pay for your order, you may use one of the payment methods indicated during the checkout process. For credit card payments: the Customer has access to a dedicated secure space provided by our bank, which guarantees the security and registration of the payment order. For this purpose, the Customer explicitly authorizes Wild Giraffes Ltd to charge their account for the amount of the ordered products. The data recorded and stored by Wild Giraffes Ltd serves as proof of the order and all transactions carried out. The data recorded by the payment system acts as proof of financial transactions. For payments via Paypal, follow the online instructions. After the Paypal payment page, you will be redirected to Wild Giraffes Ltd where you must click PROCEED TO PAYMENT to confirm the transaction. A full order review page will appear confirming your order.
Wild Giraffes Ltd will deliver the products to the address provided in your order, specifying that it must be your place of residence. Our delivery times vary depending on the destination. For Europe, allow between 2 and 4 working days to receive your package, and internationally between 2 and 8 working days depending on the destination. For the United Kingdom, allow between 2 and 5 working days to receive your package. For the United States, allow between 2 and 4 working days to receive your package.
To ensure delivery times can be met, you must verify that you have provided complete and accurate delivery address information (such as street number, building number, staircase number, access codes, intercom names and/or numbers, etc.). Inaccurate information may result in longer delivery times or reshipments. The delivery times mentioned are indicative of the average processing time of an order and its delivery. Wild Giraffes Ltd is not responsible for delivery delays caused by external circumstances. In the event of damaged delivery (already opened package, missing product, etc.), the Customer must notify the transport service and Wild Giraffes Ltd by any means of their refusal of the product within 5 days of delivery.
Wild Giraffes Ltd is committed to providing products of the highest quality. If you are not satisfied with your order, we undertake to offer a refund for the products concerned under the following conditions. The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities (i.e. companies). Products must still be in their original packaging and in their original condition (i.e. not used, washed, ironed, altered or dirty). To request a return, please submit your request here or via our email wearewildgiraffes@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Our customer service department will provide you with all necessary instructions including the return address as well as a return authorization number that must be indicated on the return package. In the event of a return, it will be processed within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned item. For returns of underwear and swimsuits, make sure they have not been worn and that they are returned in their original packaging. Items belonging to a multi-item order cannot be returned individually. If you wish to receive a refund for a Kit, you must return all the products included in it. We respond to the possibility of adjusting our prices based on fashion trends, inventory and commercial operations. In the case of returned damaged products, Wild Giraffes will return them to the buyer, who must pay the shipping costs. For returns with a refund request: The buyer will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the item and the outbound shipping costs. However, return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer residing both inside and outside the European Union.
All orders are subject to the Customer’s acceptance of the terms and conditions of use, which are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, Spanish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction. In the event of a problem or complaint, the Customer may contact the Customer Service department in order to reach a mutual agreement.
Wild Giraffes collects personal data on the website necessary to process orders. Such data may be communicated, in whole or in part, to our service providers involved in the fulfillment of the order. Customers are informed that such personal data may also be collected by organizations responsible for analyzing orders and combating credit card fraud.
